Only punishment can stop the way of children rape. Children are an innocent and precious gift of Allah if someone harms them and rape them he must deserve hard punishment. and only hard punishment can stop the way of this type of person. Now increasing cases of child rapes in our society and culture needs immediate steps to stop them. In some countries like Yemen punishment of child rapist is very hard. Yemeni soldier executed rapist in public who was accused of raping and murdering an 11-year old girl, in the capital Sana'a, Yemen.
Shari’ah Law is the solution; the Man-made laws are just an illusion. We should not fall for such worldly deception; life is but short, let us adopt the Divine resolution for a perfect constitution.
