Displaced people in Afghanistan

Ten year old Humaira is one of the half a million internally displaced people in Afghanistan. Many that has escaped the violence around the country lives in miserable camps around Kabul. Humaira and her family has been refugees for years. But not even here, in relative safety, can the children of this war torn country escape tha dangers. A couple of months earlier Humaira and her friends found some shiny metal objects just outside the camp. She brought one of them home. It was a small mine that suddenly exploded and tore of her right hand.
