ENERGY CRISES IN PAKISTAN

                       Recent government decision  to close all government offices and business activities twice in a week astonishing for every one. Things are going bad to worst in all government institutions and due to lack of government interest and political influence  profitable government institutions like Pakistan Railways, PIA, PSO, Pakistan Steel  and several others are  taking their last breaths. Unfortunately government is doing only cosmetics steps to calm down situation and still not able to provide real solutions of economic problems especially worst power and energy crises in country. Government recent decision to close all government offices twice in a week is shameful for the nation who is facing worst economic crises of its history and always seeking loans form IMF on humiliating conditions.  Instead of preparing nation for hard work and follow golden saying of father of nation “work, work and only work is solution of all our problems” governments has failed to set any example for own people.

Every one knows that in government institution due to political influence and blind eyes of government people usually don’t want to work and after two holidays in a week things will be more worse than before. Government recent decision to close all government institutions and business activities twice in a week  is not real solution of problem if we want to solve energy and power crises we should  built new dams in different parts of country, we should minimize theft of electricity and also we should  sign agreement with IPPs according to our country interest not our personal interest.  According to president of Karachi Chamber of commerce new increase in electricity rates will further spoils country industry  and will further increase unemployment in country.
