Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, tries to convince a woman to quit smoking in Istanbul's Sultangazi district, Turkey's forceful President Erdogan hosted a reception at his palace in Ankara for some 300 people who have quit smoking, including 18 people whom he has personally persuaded to give up.
